退款政策

 

All jewelry, bracelets, one-of-a-kind items, and live-stream one-of-one pieces are final sale.
After professional appraisal, only items proven non-natural or inconsistent with material description are eligible for after-sales service. Natural crystals and gemstones do not support workmanship-related returns. No unreasonable returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted.
 
Only bracelet items come with official appraisal certificates. Bracelet strand sizes can be adjusted manually and are not provided with certificates.
 
All photos and videos in our store are real shots of the actual product. Natural inclusions, ice cracks, color variations and crystal differences are normal natural characteristics and do not qualify for after-sales claims. Please carefully confirm style, quality and size before placing an order. By completing your order, you agree to accept the item in its actual condition.
 
After-sales Requirements:
 
1. If you suspect material inconsistency or product abnormality upon receipt, you must record a complete uncut unboxing video from opening the outer package to fully taking out and showing the item.

2. Any after-sales claim without a complete unboxing video will not be accepted.

3. Claims regarding material authenticity must be submitted within 7 days after delivery with photos, videos and professional appraisal proof. Late claims will not be processed.

4. Damage caused by accidental dropping, personal breakage, wear, artificial modification or self-adjustment of size after unboxing is not covered by after-sales service.
 
Non-Quality Return Terms:
If the item is fully consistent with our description with no quality issues, but you still insist on returning or refunding:
 
1. You shall bear all round-trip international shipping fees, customs duties and related clearance fees.

2. You take full responsibility for loss or damage during return transit.

3. The refund amount will deduct original shipping cost, platform transaction fees and packaging material costs.

4. Returns are only acceptable if the item remains unworn, scratch-free, with all original accessories complete. Final approval is at our sole discretion.

本店所有珠宝、手镯、孤品、直播一物一拍专属单品,均为最终售卖商品。
仅经专业鉴定证实商品非纯天然、材质与描述不符才可申请售后;天然水晶、彩宝类无做工售后,不接受无理由退货、换货与退款。
 
本店仅手镯类单品附带官方鉴定证书;手串等款式可按需调节圈口尺寸,不配备鉴定证书。
店铺所有图片、视频均为实物原拍。珠宝天然棉絮、冰裂、色带、晶体差异等天然特征,均属于正常天然品相,不属于售后范围。请您下单前自行确认款式、品相、尺寸,拍下即代表认可商品现状。
 
售后申请硬性要求:
 
1. 若收货后怀疑材质不符、货品异常,必须提供全程无剪辑、无中断的完整开箱视频:从拆开快递外包装开始,到完整取出商品、展示全貌为止。

2. 无法提供合格完整开箱视频的,一律不受理任何退款、退货、理赔申请。

3. 材质真伪异议需在签收后7天内,提供视频+照片及专业鉴定凭证提交申请,超时不再受理。

4. 签收后人为磕碰、自行摔坏、佩戴磨损、人为改造、自行改动尺寸造成的损坏,均不在售后保障范围内。
 
非质量问题特殊申请规则:
若商品材质品相与描述一致无任何问题,客户仍坚持要求退货退款:
 
1. 所有往返国际运费、海关税费、清关相关费用,全部由客户自行承担。

2. 商品退回途中的丢失、损坏风险,由客户自行承担。

3. 退款金额将扣除已产生的发货运费、平台交易手续费、打包耗材成本。

4. 仅商品全新未佩戴、无划痕、配件齐全完好的前提下,才可酌情申请;最终是否同意退货,由本店全权决定。
